ISO 9001:2015

At Venus Infrastructure, we understand the significance of identifying requirements and providing services that exceed these, to satisfy client expectations. These are the founding principles on which we have built our business.

We have been successfully audited and certified for the ISO 9001:2015 standard for Quality Management System.

Quality assurance is a major component of all our activites where-in we have identified and established key processes to align with the specified and implied requirements of our clients. We have successfully implemented the requirements of the ISO 9001:2008 standard and continously maintain it to ensure all quality assurance and prevention policies are complied with.

All our staff are trained and required to clearly understand the importance of the Quality Manual and Process Procedure Manual. We are continously looking for ways to improve current practices and develop innovative methods to ensure that we provide a quality service to our clients.

ISO 45001:2018

At Venus Infrastructure, we recognise our employees as our major asset and a key contributor to the continual growth of the business. We are committed to creating a healthy, safe and positive working environment for them and protecting them from any work-related hazards that may arise in the job.

We have been successfully audited and certified for the ISO 45001:2018 standard for the Occupational Health & Safety Management System.

The system is established and maintained to advocate a safety mindset in all our staff as they carry out individual or collective assignments. The team plans and executes activities in strict alignment and compliance with the ISO 45001:2018 standard as well as our client’s rules and regulations.

To meet our commitment to safety, we promote a policy of establishing a positive attitude towards accident prevention and establishing a safe work environment, and practices in all our projects. A “Safety Culture” is implemented at all our sites with stringent measures applied to mitigate and prevent any accidents.
